*Job Description:

• Develop polymer design, synthesis and process capability
• Independently design experiments, execute testing and collect data
• Coordinate pilot scale production process
• Document experimental results for internal technical reports
• Create strong relationships with internal/external groups, as well as external vendors.
• Define and implement technical problem solving methodologies

*Job Qualifications:

•At least 3-year experience in polymer design and synthesis

•Master degree or above is preferred

•Major in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Polymer Science

•Independent researcher as well as team player

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•Fluent in English & Mandarin.
