Chemical Process Engineer m/w/d

Region: Austria / Linz - international pharmaceutical company


As a Chemical Process Engineer you support our production team with your technical and chemical know-how and achieve product and process improvements together. They guarantee the smooth scale-up process in a large-scale production plant. As a competent, service-oriented contact person, you are the essential interface for internal and external stakeholders.


That is your sphere of activity

  • You are responsible for the transfer of new products, recipes and processes from the laboratory or the pilot plant to a large-scale production plant

  • You support the team in increasing the process stability of production and, in this context, carry out cause analyzes and determine suitable measures

  • You optimize and develop existing processes

  • You create process documents according to cGMP and submission documents for authorities in the case of new systems / processes

  • You contribute to cost estimates for new products


Your skills

  • Completed studies with a focus on technical chemistry or organic chemistry

  • First professional experience - in the pharmaceutical industry / GMP knowledge an advantage

  • High technical understanding

  • Experienced handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Structured and systematic way of working

For this position, we offer an attractive fee that corresponds to your qualifications and experience (statutory lower limit according to KV of the chemical ind. € 3,389.68 / br / mon / on a full-time basis).
