Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Higher Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology of Organic Substances
Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience
Excellent spoken and written English and Russian language skills required, Kazakh language skills highly desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to work with a high level of independence with minimum guidance from supervisor is required.

Know the basic information about processing in field facilities, plants, unit operations and equipment design intent.
Knowledge and understanding of process control loops and instrumentation. Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for multiple projects and studies and prioritize work depending on business needs.
Manage multiple parallel tasks with competing deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team and provide leadership, guidance, direction and advice to project teams. Organize and lead effective meetings, solve problems, develop and execute recommendations, and drive stakeholder alignment.
Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, summarize, and structure information and data with ability to develop alternative solutions, perform decision analysis, present recommendations, and get stakeholders to align and approve.
Ability to perform engineering and technical calculations for field facilities, utilities, and unit operations in software programs or Excel including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, separators, filters, vessels & tanks, pressure relief valves, blowdown systems, flare systems and SIS systems.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Teams) and process simulation software (HYSYS).
Know the basis of performing single and 2-phase hydraulic calculations and valve sizing. Ability to work with and give direction to Flow Assurance (FA) resources a plus.
Knowledge of FA dynamic modeling a plus.
Ability to gather information and troubleshoot using online monitoring tools like INDX.
Experience with development and use of P&IDs, PFDs, material balances, cause and effects diagrams, process safety systems, management of change process, etc
