Job Description

We are recruiting a: Chemical Engineer (Process Engineer) who will be required to: 
-Optimize chemical processes to increase their robustness by focusing on the process of continuous improvement 
-Support production processes in order to to deliver volume and cost objectives while guaranteeing quality
HSEQ standards  -Being the guarantor of the technology of the chemical process of one or more molecules 
-Establish and support short, medium and long-term process development strategies to meet the needs of the supply chain 
-Support the transfer of chemical processes to other production sites 
-Provide technical support for projects supply (new raw materials or new intermediates) 
-Support projects by providing technical expertise (e.g. equipment
sizing )  -Support the start-up of new facilities in collaboration with production teams 
-Perform simulations on simulation software processes, in particular for the sizing of installations - 
Participate in process risk analyzes as a technical expert 
-Size new equipment and optimize existing equipment 

For this position, 
-You have a master's degree and / or a doctorate (PhD) in chemical engineering 
-Professional experience in an industrial environment in the field of the development of chemical processes and / or in the support of chemical processes. production would be an advantage. 
-You have a good knowledge of the main unit operations used in fine chemicals on an industrial scale such as distillation, crystallization, mixing, filtration, drying, chemical reaction engineering. 
-You have good knowledge in thermal safety of processes, risk analysis processes and technical concepts commonly used in risk analysis. 
-You have a good understanding of production costs and supply chain processes 
-You have a good ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams, with good listening and communication skills.
