£50 to £90,000PA+Bens + Car Allowance

Petrochemical / Refinery Consulting

Our client is a major consultancy to the downstream refinery and petrochemical sectors providing a range of support to energy and chemical majors and Independents including that associated with strategic development, techno/economic assessments ,process enhancement and debottlenecking ,investment planning, LP modelling and refinery economics , M & A, due diligence and the optimisation of human and technical resources to achieve improved manufacturing output and efficiency . 

A key growth area for their business is in Human Performance Improvement team  , assisting clients with the design, development and deployment of plant staffing, training management , and staff organisation  structuring  and support systems. With a sound understanding and significant experience of petrochemical and refinery operations, production and maintenance, the job holder will develop and deliver training and expert management advice on the interface between personnel management and systems and technology and harnessing digital control, MIS applications and data analytics to human performance improvement . The focus will be on facilitating and driving the implementation of recommendations, to deliver bottom line results through the integration of human performance improvement solutions with technical improvements and changes to elevate overall client site performance.

 

Our client is specifically looking for very experienced production/plant leaders with substantial exposure to major petrochemical /and or refinery experience that should have included, shift management and planning, production output, trouble shooting, turnaround and shutdown planning and, ideally, maintenance and reliability. Our client is not looking for design or project engineers for this role.
