Lead Engineer Liverpool Street £51,000 We're working with a national building services provider to recruit an experienced Lead Engineer for a high-profile commercial site in the Liverpool street area. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the maintenance of landlord systems at a flagship site, working with a modern plant and a professional site team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of landlord plant and electrical systems
- Carry out PPMs and fault-finding on lighting, power, distribution boards, and control panels
- Provide support with mechanical systems (pumps, motors, HVAC plant, etc.)
- Manage contractors and liaise with site teams
- Ensure compliance with all H&S, statutory and operational procedures
- Keep maintenance records up to date via CAFM system
Requirements:
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
- Good mechanical understanding of building services plant
- Experience in commercial maintenance, ideally in a client-facing environment
- Proactive, organised, and able to lead by example
