Eastman Chemical Company is seeking a PhD Chemical Engineer for the Process Research and Development group in the Scale-Up and Process Innovation Division in Kingsport, Tennessee. The individual in this role will provide a high level of expertise across multiple technologies to solve problems, develop and execute new processes, and enable next generation growth products. Projects will vary in scope from process upgrades to identification and development of new process technology to support existing and new manufacturing processes.
• Lead and execute process development projects using multi-scale experimental techniques in support of our growth and manufacturing areas
