for the Integrated Process Team (IPT) Specialties in Haarlem. Welcome to our team! From Haarlem, we distribute 2,500 different packages of medicines and vaccines to more than 140 countries. Haarlem is known as the leading flexible packaging location in Europe. Our production department consists of several Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) and Centers of Excellence. IPT Specialties is responsible for packaging tablets and filled bottles in various final packaging, which is done on automated packaging lines. The IPT Specialties technical team consists of several Technicians, an Automation Engineer, and a Reliability Engineer who ensure that the department's 12 packaging lines continue to operate in accordance with the associated quality and safety requirements. About the position: As a Reliability Engineer, you are responsible for the reliability of all installations and equipment managed by IPT Specialties. You will work on structurally solving problems and improving technical performance. You will write business cases for improvement projects, prepare deliverables, and oversee the development and implementation of proposed improvements on the shop floor. You will also be responsible for initiating continuous improvements to the maintenance plan. Your duties and responsibilities include:

• You analyze the technical performance of IPT Specialties and ensure, through technical projects, that the packaging lines continue to perform better and meet current quality and safety requirements.
• You build convincing business cases to obtain the resources needed to realize (improvement) projects and do not avoid discussion.
• You are familiar with the standards, procedures, and guidelines applicable within our organization and the pharmaceutical industry. You are jointly responsible for qualifying and maintaining the entire IPT Specialties fleet in a qualified state and ensuring that periodic reviews are conducted for this purpose.
• You are responsible for preparing and reviewing qualification documents for changes and projects.

Your profile

• MBO level 4 in the field of technology (WTB, Electro or Megatronics );
• HBO working and thinking level;
• Experience within a production environment and ideally with packaging processes within a GMP environment is a major advantage, but not a requirement;
• Experience with project portfolio management, project management, change control and equipment qualification is an advantage;
• Convincing, stress-resistant and able to influence stakeholders;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Strong project management skills, analytical insight and great perseverance.
