Process Engineer

Purpose of the position:

Validate and implement improvements in lines/processes to establish basic operating conditions in the plant and reduce waste, through continuous improvement tools.

Main Responsibilities:

Generate, process, analyze, and interpret production process data to identify losses (efficiency, waste, unnecessary movement) and propose action plans to eliminate them. Monitor the implementation and completion of these action plans. Implement improvements to equipment and processes. Utilize continuous improvement tools for processes and equipment to analyze and correct losses.

Improve the OEE/OLE efficiency and productivity indicator through studies and continuous improvement tools for analysis. Implement projects or improvements that affect plant indicators: OEE/OLE/Quality Indicators.

Main Requirements:

• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Plant experience
• Excel
• PBI

Desirable Requirements:

• Process technologies (mechanical, electrical, maintenance, EEM)
• Continuous manufacturing based on TPM (Tools / Methodology)
• Analysis and optimization
• Process Engineering
• Delivery and implementation of results through innovation
• Process optimization and management
• Application of industrial performance principles in manufacturing
