Job Description:
Entry to developing individual contributor in a scientific/technology field. Assists in progressing industry-proven principles and practices to develop comprehensive supply chain engineering project plans, as well as associated key performance metrics, goals, and objectives. Works collaboratively with management to drive decisions regarding process engineering schematics and methods, to produce comprehensive engineering structure, operational efficiencies, and final deliverables.
Arranges Process Engineering Supply Chain project plans, key milestones, and objectives to ensure engineering outputs meet customer’s operational needs and requirements.
Applies key knowledge to Process Engineering non-conformance, subsequent corrective, and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis, and successfully implementing corrective actions.
Builds key performance process engineering reports to escalate to management, along with status updates relative to success in meeting critical goals and objectives.
Carriers out process validations on all ongoing Process Engineering initiatives for subsequent operational integration and supply chain implementation.
Assists with Process Engineering Technician activity, supporting and enforcing site-specific safety and industrial hygiene requirements.
Communicates and escalates in a timely manner, any Process Engineering issues or concerns to the next management level.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

You will be responsible for:
Under (e.g. limited supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
· Performs material tests.
· Studies the processes to implement improvements.
· Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
· Assists technicians and engineers about unusual problems.
· Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment that meets safety and environment requirements
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental
practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition

Qualifications / Requirements:
Engineering, any specialty.
Masters in Science is recommendable.
Preferably 2 years in a similar position.
Preferably knowledge in the medical industry
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and
documentation, preferably in the medical industry.
Experiment design
SPC knowledge
Management of statistical procedures.
Knowledge of computer programs.
Oral and written communication in Spanish and English,
preferably.
