As a Packaging Process Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind a smooth, high-quality packaging process. You'll monitor efficiency, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure technical optimizations. Together with your team, you'll strive for operational excellence and have the following responsibilities:

• Improving efficiency and eliminating bottlenecks

• Perform root cause analyses for quality issues

• Implement technical changes within deadlines

• Actively contribute to the growth of the department

• Support for operational deviations and escalations

• Collaborate on the follow-up of the production plan

What we are looking for in you

• Master's degree in industrial/civil/bio-engineering or (industrial) pharmacist, or equivalent through experience

• Technically strong and analytically minded

• Communicative, independent and accurate

• Good oral and written communication in Dutch and English is necessary to perform the position.
