As a Reliability Engineer, you ensure the smooth operation of premier equipment for a better world.
A day in the Life:
- Develop and implement TPM programs to ensure equipment reliability
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to resolve equipment failures
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze performance data to predict failures and develop proactive maintenance strategies
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff
- Develop and maintain documentation based on failure data
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to equipment reliability
- Lead and participate in TPM workshops and kaizen events
- Coordinate on-site third-party service providers and contractors if needed
Keys to Success:
- Validated ability to optimally conduct TPM strategies
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a reliability engineering or maintenance role
- Preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Proficiency in TPM methodologies and maintenance management software
- Knowledge of GMP, safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Excellent social skills
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
The role requires working in a Grade A/B/C/D sterile manufacturing environment, adhering closely to safety and GMP standards.
