This company, having been established for over 50 years, are a specialist manufacturer of products supplied into many different industries. As the UK leaders within their industry and having secured their position on the international stage the business is going from strength to strength. New products are being developed and more and more orders are coming in so they are now looking for a Technical Manager to assist this growth.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the small technical department. You will have overall responsibility for the quality of the product, liaising with customers regarding quality defects and working to continuously improve the manufacturing processes. Given the nature of the products, you will need a strong chemical understanding and background. The role will be a senior role within the business, reporting directly to the General Manager you will work across all levels of the business to solve problems, improve quality and reduce waste.
