Product & Process Engineer

Exciting opportunity for a Product & Process Engineer looking to work for a market leading, multi-national company where you’ll work within a state-of-the-art facility and have lead responsibility for NPI and Process improvement.

Do you have experience with NPI and Process improvement? Are you able to oversee production and collaborate with designers & manufacturers?

This multi-national company specialise in the high precision manufacture of industrial equipment, with a focus on providing quality products to their clients. They have a huge focus on employee welfare and currently boast a long serving team recognised for being expert professionals.

The role will involve pre-empting and combatting issues within the production process, whilst also working in unison with the design, production and engineering teams to effectively introduce new products. The ability to combine hands on production experience whilst also actively building relations with the R&D and management teams is of great importance.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of design drawing packages, be able to oversee new product introduction and a history of collaborating with higher management. The candidate will need experience in DFMEA, Lean & Six Sigma packages and lead continuous systems improvement of the product.
