The Upstream Process Engineer is part of the Process Engineering and Automation team within Chevron’s ENGINE Center and is responsible for providing process engineering support to upstream oil and gas facilities.This role will support the design of systems from early concept through detailed engineering, perform troubleshooting and optimizations for Operations, evaluates new technologies, and helps developing and implementing digital tools for process engineering and water management.The work often impacts multiple BUs, regions and Asset Classes. The areas of support include oil, gas, and water.

Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm.
