Job Description:

• Lead/manage the process engineering team activities from process design to the daily operation support, ensure they are conducted properly and comply to all related requirement
• Deliver the business target through technical support and daily management to the team, the business KPI not limited to Cost, Deliver, Quality, CIP
• Talent / capability development to set up a health and growing talent pipeline
• Drive continuous improvement activities to pursuit the Lean, cost competitive manufacturing process and in line with VS priorities
• Ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled within the team
• Identification of Training Needs of subordinate
• Ensure all team members are compliant with all site guidelines
• Work with stakeholders for problem solving and continuous improvement
• Compliance, Quality, EHS, Credo actions
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Performs other duties assigned as needed
