Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Vision, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Process Engineer (Multiple Openings) located in its manufacturing site at Añasco, Puerto Rico.
Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, handles most aspects of support to base business. Role is responsible for problem identification, reporting, root cause analysis, financial analysis, efficiency or productivity improvement, reporting, and problem resolution. Role interfaces directly with other departments, sites, and functional groups to drive and/or support critical business goals/objectives within GMP/ISO compliance. Lead/Support continuous improvement activities to ensure business key performance indicators are met. Communicates and escalates in a timely manner, any issues or concerns to the next management level. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
