Background & Purpose of the Job  As Senior Manufacturing Manager, you will lead the production of our Simcoe Ice Cream Facility. This position will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Volume Output and Costs through Unilever Manufacturing system standards.  Who You Are & What You’ll Do Reporting to the Factory leader, you will lead a motivated Manufacturing team.
