The Process Manager will manage the Process Engineer function on a day to basis. The Process Engineering team support all the manufacturing functions at the Inchinnan campus across the multiple divisions and product stream which are manufactured and shipped from the site. The Process Engineering manager will coordinate and manage a team of multi skilled engineers to drive process improvement and development to ensure we continue to deliver growth and efficiency while maintaining product integrity and through safety. The Process Engineering Manager will deputies on behalf on the Engineering Manager when and if required and therefore must exhibit the correct behaviors and knowledge to participate in site and network strategy discussions.
