What's the role? This role provides technical and process engineering support to the powder manufacturing plant at Michigan City. This includes identifying and implementing improvements in product quality, production rate and product costs; providing run guidelines; coordinating plant trials and product development efforts; and providing process design support to capital projects. Additionally, this role provides technical oversight of the Deepwell injection process, ensuring that the plant remains in compliance, supervises all EPA-required testing and reporting. Also supervises the QA/QC Lab Technicians (4) to ensure accurate and consistent reporting of analytical data to support high quality production.
