Job Description     This Scientist leads downstream process development and technology enablement using Thermo Fisher’s single-use purification platforms. This role advances our mission of evidence generation, customer training, and process innovation working to accelerate customer adoption and operational excellence. Acting as a technical liaison for customers, R&D, and manufacturing, this position develops scalable, data-driven purification strategies for recombinant proteins and novel modalities. This role drives internal capability-building through structured training, workshops, and mentorship — ensuring Thermo Fisher teams and customers alike can expertly implement guidelines in single-use chromatography and filtration systems.   Location: This is an onsite position in Plainville, Massachusetts.
