Job Purpose : To provide process technological monitoring and advise on highly integrated Gas and Utilities sections of Shell MDS plant. Process units may include Air Separation and Cryogenic treatment, Nitrogen and Plant & Instrument air systems, Fuel gas, Boiler fuel gas and Natural gas systems, Power Generation unit, the Hot Oil system, flare systems, hydrolysis, hot and cold utilities systems To assure process design, technical integrity and process unit performance, and to provide technological advice on plant operation and optimization. Responsible for catalyst/adsorbent performance,  acquisition, implementation and disposal. To provide trouble shooting and incident investigation to identify/develop process improvements and plant modifications per SMDS Management of Change and minor project process development.
