Chemical Process and Control Engineer
·Successfully supervise plant operations
·Supervise production operators and technicians.
·Navigate the ERP & DCS System.
·Develop and support a preventative maintenance system.
·Investigate root causes, risk assessments and recommend solutions. .
·Maintain and complete customer required paperwork/spreadsheets/reports.
·Provide monthly production and quality reports.
·Recommend equipment configurations.
·Maintain, streamline and improve manufacturing procedures and documentation.
·Routinely train and refresh operators on procedures.
·Create and maintain data/charts/reports for all products and processes.
·Use SPC methods to improve efficiency and yield.
·Track plant performance.
·This positions requires a minimum of a BS in Engineering (ChemE preferred). Fluent in Microsoft and Excel required. Technically competent with various statistical software programs. One to four years’ experience in a chemical manufacturing environment desirable. Can work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment. Hazardous chemical experience is highly desirable.
