Eli Lilly Professor In Biopharmaceutical Engineering
The Eli Lilly Professor in Biopharmaceutical Engineering is an exciting opportunity for a candidate of international standing to lead and develop biopharmaceutical engineering at University College Cork, Ireland.
The Professor will deliver research-led teaching and further develop existing as well as new teaching capacity in biopharmaceutical engineering. The appointee will have a substantial international research reputation in Biopharmaceutical or Biochemical Engineering, and capacity to provide strong and proactive academic leadership in developing a biopharmaceutical engineering research programme, as part of an integrated and collaborative approach to biopharmaceutical research across the university, through linking with cognate related disciplines.
The Professor will build on existing local industrial connections and lead the further development of collaborative links (research and other) with Eli Lilly and across the industry more broadly.
