As the process engineer you will be responsible for maintaining the processes along with ensuring that production is performing efficiently with manufacturing.
*Qualifying and installing new equipment on time and within budget with collaborating with vendors and the process engineering group.
*Maintain equipment to guarantee that equipment is running at its optimal performance.
*Work with operators, technicians and vendors to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently along with making sure hardware is up to date.
*Using Six Sigma and lean manufacturing techniques to perform analysis and to problem solve for performance issues.
*Continue to develop and improve manufacturing processes by collaborating with engineering team along with working with other departments to ensure that processes are being followed.
*Partaking in cost reduction initiatives to achieve company goals and to improve production times.
*Collaborating with engineering groups to increase continuous improvements though out production.
*3-5 years' experience in production or assembly line manufacturing (or related fields)
* Working knowledge with ISO processes and structure
* Must have experience with C++ in an automation setting
*Experience with Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, 5S or FMEA
*Must be experience with C programming
*BS or MS in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field
