Opportunity for a proven Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer to help shape the future of a successful food / food ingredients manufacturing site to identify and implement site wide improvements with potential to develop into Senior Operational Management role.

SALARY: up to £45,000

JOB SPECIFICATION - Process Engineer

Multi-site role mainly based in Northamptonshire for a Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer to focus on the identification and implementation of site wide operational efficiency improvements, waste / energy reduction initiatives and help develop the sites to reach full potential. This will cover the full product manufacturing process from start to finish and you will advise on how manufacturing processes affect the chemical composition of ingredients and be in control of these to ensure the finished product conforms to its technical specification.

REQUIREMENTS - Process Engineer

* You MUST be Honours Degree qualified within Process Engineering /or Chemical Engineering holding IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
* You MUST be either a Process Engineer with experience of working within an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally food, food ingredients or similar.
* You WILL have experience / knowledge of all or some of the following; Change Management, QC Laboratory Testing, Chemical Thermodynamics, Health and Safety including Accreditation, Training and Process Engineering working within an industrial / manufacturing process environment such as Flour Milling or Glucose & Sugar Refining.
