Graduate Process Engineer

Job Description The Process Engineer role will involve a diverse range of functions, from detailed design and installation of production facilities, through to the supervision of 3rd party contractors. You will be reporting directly to the Process Engineering and Facilities Manager whilst working within a team consisting of four Maintenance Engineers, two Facilities Personnel and one Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities Working closely with on-site process engineers, maintenance engineers and the compliance team to ensure the process plant is set up to provide maximum output levels and efficient running of the production facilityDesigning plant and equipment configuration so that they can be readily adapted to suit the product range and the process technologies involved, taking environmental and economic aspects into accountAssessing options for plant expansion or reconfiguration Designing, installing and commissioning a new production plant, including monitoring developments and troubleshootingApplying new technologiesInvolvement in HAZOP teams, RAM's, PUWER, DSEAR risk assessments along with other safety study processes to maintain and improve plant safetyImproving and developing procedures for safe plant operationsAssisting in the development and on-going improvements of our TPM systemLiaise with 3rd party contractors and specialists The Individual We are looking for a graduate in Chemical Engineering.
